Croatian Chamber of Commerce, a representative of the Croatian economy, has a rich 167-year long history. Its prestigious award “Zlatna Kuna” is awarded for the past 23 years, starting from the early days of Croatian independence.
“Zlatna Kuna” means the golden marten, and marten is a symbol of Croatian currency. The name “kuna” (meaning marten) was chosen for an official Croatian currency name, because of the significant role of marten fur in Croatian monetary and fiscal history.
The idea of Zlatna Kuna arose as an expression of the aspirations of the then, young Republic of Croatia’s economy. It took on the characteristics of the kuna, a symbol of endurance, resourcefulness, and cunningness, but also prosperity and fertility.
This award has a great meaning for us. This is not the first time we are nominated with Zlatna Kuna. Our first award was in 2007, and we were nominated in 2009 as well. We are happy to be nominated again this year. Although we haven’t won this year, we are happy to be nominated. Congrats to all the winners! ????
Our company Intis was founded in 1989. Initially, it worked under the name EXOR d.o.o. Our main focus was industrial engineering and automation of the most demanding technological processes. We work with different industries, from energetics, traffic, and building automation, to telecommunications, IT, and banking. After 20 years of EXOR, the company changed its name to Intis in 2010. At approximately the same time, we shyly started developing our product for vending, Televend. 10 years later, we are not that shy anymore. We are lucky and very proud to say, that Televend is a star product of Intis nowadays.
Our revenue keeps growing year over year and to support our growing operations our team grew as well. In 202 0our team grew by 20%, and in the next year, we are planning to hire even more.
In 2021, we are planning on continuing to grow by investing in new technologies and new experts joining our team. We are always looking for new team members from different areas to join us.
